Does BingoBongotwins.com offer international shipping?
At this time, we only ship within the United States. We charge a flat shipping rate of $7.50 per order, regardless of the number of items purchased. We hope to offer international shipping in the future.
Where can I buy official Bingo & Bongo merchandise?
Official merchandise is only available here through the Bingo & Bongo website. The shop features limited-edition art tees, original paintings and artwork, occasional themed candy bags, handmade MOTTS crochet creations, and tie-dye items made by Bango. Official Bingo & Bongo art stickers are also only available through their Bingo & Bongo Sticker Mule shop.
How can I contact Bingo & Bongo customer service about an order?

is the merchandise limited edition?
Yes! All Bingo Bongo art tees are released as limited-edition designs. Original paintings, drawings, and sketches are one-of-a-kind pieces, and only one of each is available. Digital commissions, when available, are also individually created and one of a kind.
How can I order custom artwork from Bingo and/or Bongo?
Digital commissions are currently unavailable because of the twins’ busy schedules. When commissions reopen, they will appear in the Digital Commissions category on the Bingo Bongo website. Customers will be able to choose either Bingo or Bongo and provide a brief description of the artwork they would like created.
