Does BingoBongotwins.com offer international shipping?
Can I return my purchase if I am not happy with it?
Yes! We ship within the United States and internationally. U.S. orders are charged a flat shipping rate of $8.50 per order, regardless of the number of items purchased. International shipping charges are calculated based on the destination and current carrier rates and will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed. Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by the destination country are the buyer’s responsibility.
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, please email us at bingobongotwins@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery to request a return. Items must be returned in their original condition. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Where can I buy official Bingo & Bongo merchandise?
Official merchandise is only available here through the Bingo & Bongo website. The shop features limited-edition art tees, original paintings and artwork, occasional themed candy bags, handmade MOTTS crochet creations, and tie-dye items made by Bango. Official Bingo & Bongo art stickers are also only available through their Bingo & Bongo Sticker Mule shop.

Yes! All Bingo Bongo art tees are released as limited-edition designs. Original paintings, drawings, and sketches are one-of-a-kind pieces, and only one of each is available. Digital commissions, when available, are also individually created and one of a kind.
